We know that for lots of older people, the cost of living crisis has become a relentless challenge that feels like it won’t go away. Our new report found that across Great Britain, 27% of older people living on a low income can only just afford their essential costs and often struggle to make ends meet – up from 23% two years ago.

This can't go on. We need action now to ensure everyone in later life can afford the essentials.
